Your
Residential Tenancy Agreement is a legal and binding contract,
providing protection for both you and us. You can terminate the
Residential Tenancy Agreement in the following ways:
1. If you intend to vacate at the end of your Residential Tenancy
Agreement you are required to give twenty one days (3 weeks) notice in writing
prior to the expiry of the fixed term of your Agreement.
2.
If the fixed term is for longer than 90 days, the
tenancy will automatically become a periodic tenancy when it expires
unless the landlord or the tenant gives notice to say they don’t
want that to happen. This notice must be given between 90 and 21
days before the end of the fixed term.
If however, unforeseen circumstances arise and you have to vacate
prior to the expiration of your Tenancy Agreement, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to find another
suitable tenant. However, you will still be responsible for the rent
until another suitable tenant is found, as well as the payment of a
letting fee, and all advertising costs.
